Cheryl Gallagher

Cheryl A. Gallagher, age 49, of 75 Bloomingdale Ave, Saranac Lake, died Monday, November 17, 2014 at Adirondack Medical Center.

Born in East Patchouge, L.I. on June 08, 1965, she was the daughter of William and June E. (Whiteman) Wilcox, Sr.

Cheryl had been a resident of Saranac Lake since June 3, 2000 and had been employed as a chamber maid in Lake Placid.

She is survived by her fiancé Robert Foley of Saranac Lake, six children Harry Gallagher Jr. of Saranac Lake, Timothy Gallagher of Tupper Lake, Breeann Gallagher and her husband Jasonof Goldsboro, NC, Joshua Gallagher of Kings Mountain, NC, Jennifer Gallagher of Clifton Park and Jeannie Gallagher and her fiancé Dylan Pedro of Saranac Lake, two step son Josh Foley of Albany and Craig Foley of Norwood, ten grandchildren, her mother June E. Wilcox of Georgia, 10 brothers and sisters Michael Wilcox, Richard Wilcox, Charity Wilcox, Hope Wilcox, Faith Wilcox, Kelly Wilcox, Debbie Wilcox, Conway Wilcox, Janice Wilcox and Mary Wilcox and many nieces and nephews) She was preceded in death by her father William Wilcox, Sr., and her brother Frank Wilcox.

Calling hours will take place at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home on Friday, November 21, 2014 from 6PM - 7PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
