Word has been received of the death of Francis "Frank" Herbert Appleton, Jr. who died on September 9, 2020 at his residence. There will be no public calling hours and a memorial Celebration of Frank's life will be held at a later date and time at the convenience of the family. A memorial tribute of Frank's life will be forthcoming by family.
