Thomas N. Saehrig

Thomas N. Saehrig, lovingly known as “Tommy” or “Buggo,” passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026, at just sixteen months old. Though his time on earth was far too short, he filled every day with immeasurable love, laughter, and joy. Born on March 11, 2025, Tommy was the cherished son of Lien Manly and Thomas R. Saehrig.

Tommy was a bundle of pure happiness who brightened every room he entered. Curious about everything around him, he approached each day with wide-eyed wonder and an eagerness to explore. He loved chasing the family cat, playing with cooking spoons, traveling, trying new foods, and driving fast in his father’s boat. His bright eyes, contagious smile, and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Tommy is survived by his parents, along with a large circle of extended family and friends who loved him dearly and will forever cherish his memory.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Tommy’s life on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Pisgah Ski Area, 92 Mount Pisgah Lane, Saranac Lake, New York. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. In honor of Tommy’s radiant spirit, the family kindly asks that attendees wear bright, happy colors.
