Ann Tomlinson

Ann E. Tomlinson, age 73, formerly of Saranac Lake and more recently of Daytona Beach Florida died Friday September 12, 2008 at the Summerville Assisted Living facility in Florida.
Born July 14, 1935 in Montreal, Quebec she was the daughter of Samuel and Eva (Morgan) Penniston. She was married to John Tomlinson who predeceased her in 1997.
Mrs. Tomlinson had been employed by the State of New York Department of Corrections at Camp Adirondack until her retirement in 1993. Prior to that she had worked for American Management Association in Saranac Lake for many years.
She is survived by three sons Robert of Oswego, NY, Peter of Oswego, NY and John and his wife Joanna of Skaneateles, NY, and one daughter Karen Hanson of Saranac Lake, NY. She is also survived by five grandchildren Peter and Jacob Tomlinson of Oswego, Sarah and Alexandra Tomlinson of Skaneateles and Nicholas Hanson of Saranac Lake.
Mrs. Tomlinson’s family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Saturday October 18, 2008 at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Kornmeyer officiating.
